Who is she?
Maggie Aderin-Pocock
completed her PhD at Imperial College London. She has worked on many projects including: high-resolution spectrograph for the Gemini telescope and has worked to measure wind speeds to help the investigation of climate change. Maggie has dyslexia and received the Yale University Centre for Dyslexia "Out of the box thinking" award in 2013.

Alex was the first African-American neurosurgeon. Her research includes studies on the effects of hydrocephalus, a condition characterised by the excessive accumulation of fluid in the brain.
